Zlatan Ibrahimovic could become the most expensive player in the history of football if the offer from PSG goes through. PSG who were taken over by billionaire Qatari investors last year, are looking to make a big splash into the transfer market. They have already signed Napoli striker Lavezzi for a reported £24 million.

Carlo Ancelotti is at the helm and wants Ibrahimovic to lead his revolution. The offer of £51 million is a joint one that includes the Swedish striker as well as Thiago Silva. Reports though have suggested that Silva will turn down the move but Ibrahimovic’s stance is as of yet unknown. If the £32 million part of the deal goes through Ibrahimovic will have racked up transfer fees totalling almost £150 million during his career. He has had spells with Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona and now AC Milan.
