NBA Finals: OKC Thunder v Miami Heat, Game 4 – Heat fightback in second half to win 104 – 98 (video)

The Miami Heat were 17 points down at half time but they still managed to win game 4. The Heat know that they can close the series out in Game 5 and secure LeBron James first NBA championship. It was James again who led Heat with 26 points, 12 assists and 9 rebounds while team-mate Mario Chalmers scored 25 points when James was taken off late in the game with leg cramps.

Russell Westbrook was playing like a man possessed as he made 43 points but it was not enough as Miami are nearly at the finishing line.

Erik Spoelstra: “We’re excited about the opportunity to have a chance to play for (the title). We know at the same time that we have to stay the course and there’ll be an incredible amount of noise on the outside and we have to focus on staying in the moment.”

Scott Brooks: “It’s not disappointing, it just happens that way. Russell had a great game. We were going. We were going with him and he was making terrific plays at the basket. … Like I said, unfortunately we didn’t make a couple plays down the stretch that we could have won the game.”
