Stevan Jovetic has been one of the most sought after youngsters for some time now and Chelsea had a bid of £20 million turned down not so long ago. However Italian club Fiorentina have said that if Chelsea come up with £25 million for the player then a deal will be done.
The former Partizan Belgrade player is being tracked by a host of clubs, namely Juventus and Napoli, but it is though he might think of trying his luck in the Premier League. The £25 million fee would match the current buy out clause in the strikers contract.
The Serbia and Montenegro international only signed a 5 year with Fiorentina last October. The player is highly regarded in Serie A and many compare him to Italy’s Roberto Baggio. Chelsea are definitely on a drive for youngsters as they have already acquired Eden Hazard, Marko Marin and Kevin de Bruyne.
