Analysts are predicting that android use will grow from 350 million users today to approximately 1billion by the end of 2013. This ties in with the fact that Samsung are looking at 9 million orders for a gadget that has not even been released yet. When it does finally hit the shops it will become the fastest gadgets in history, which is some feat considering Apple have the market seemingly under wraps.
The iPhone 4S sold 4 million units but the Samsung is going to more than double. Samsung has hired over 75,000 workers just to keep up with demand. The factory is said to be able to produce 5 million phones a month.
Apple and Samsung account for just under 50% of all smart phones sole worldwide , which is a huge jump considering they were just on 29% a couple of years ago. One of the key features for Samsung is its inbuilt face tracking system and voice control. The screen size is also bigger than Apple iPhone .
Consumers it seems have already made their choice in to wait for iPhone 5 which is due for release this autumn or go straight in for the Samsung.
