Kevin Durant once again led the way as he scored 32 points to leave the Mavs with a big ask of going through to the next round. 3 – 0 down, it would take a monumental effort to even tie the series let alone win it in game 7. Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka scored 20 and 10 points respectively.

OKC Thunder coach Scott Brooks: “Defensively we did probably as well as we could possibly do against a very good offensive team that really moves the basketball very well.”

Dallas were pretty awful shooting just 34% from the field. Dirk Nowitzki said: “Our goal was to come out swinging, create energy and get the building going. … It wasn’t the way we wanted to start the game. Give them credit. They threw a heck of a game at us. … We picked a bad time to put a stinker out there.”
