This robot suits are like something out of a science fiction movie but they are now becoming a reality. The group that made the robots plan to sell them along with weapons like water pistols. It is described as a ‘Mecha’ which is a strong, tall robot which is powered by a human instead of a robot brain.

It basically mimics every action you do. The Suidobashi Heavy Industry is making  3.8 metre tall Mecha robot which will be out sooner rather than later. The one you can see in the pictures here is called Vaudeville and you might think its been built by a huge corporation. However it will surprise you to learn that it’s actually  created by a bunch of enthusiasts who do it as a hobby.

It uses off the shelf hardware for example an Xbox kinnect motion tracking system tracks the movements a human makes inside so the robot can follow.
