Nike is ready to release a new pair of trainers that are made by Spacesuits worn by NASA astronauts. They have also been made in partnership with Tom Sachs and will be released in a collection along with shoes, bags, coats and will be called NikeCraft.
They will cost about $385 but headlining the exhibition which thee are going to be shown at will be the Mars Yard Shoe. The material used in this trainer is the same as is used for the Marc excursion rover airbags.
The project’s blurb says of the trainers: ‘These shoes are designed to support the bodies of the strongest minds in the aerospace industry.’
