This week we pay homage to the Pied Piper of R&B, R.Kelly and his ultimate slow jam “Bump N’ Grind“. On this day in 1994 the singer, songwriter and producer’s hit was on top of the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Taken off the Chicago native’s debut album 12 Play, the single also became a number one single on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 as well as peaking at number eight in the UK charts.
