Mumbai plans Swimming pools instead of balconies in new sky scraper – Stunning

Architects in Mumbai have come up a crazy idea of having swimming pools in place of balconies. These stunning concept pictures below show you how the idea would look and although it does look amazing it raises the question of good old health and safety.

The building will be known as the Aquaria Grande and is 37 storey tall. It has been designed by James Law who is a Hong Kong based architect and an Indian company Wadhaw Group. The building would have 200 apartments a gym sauna and car parking.

Some people think that this design is an accident waiting to happen. I for one think its stunning and in practice it might not work but the idea is truly amazing.
